1. Overview

It is a requirement to read the following Terms and Conditions prior to using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

3. Online Store

3.1 Flower Substitutions
Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability on the day of the delivery. Due to the nature of flowers, we cannot predict if certain flowers will be available on the day of delivery. As a result, the arrangement produced may not be exactly as pictured. We will do our best to make your arrangements the most beautiful creation using similar flowers, colours and style.
3.2 Deliveries
Caloonaa cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. We will make every attempt to fulfil your request.
If the recipient is not home at the time of the delivery, we will leave your order in a safe location.
If the wrong address was provided, we are able to deliver your flowers for an additional fee.
3.3 Fresh Flowers
Flowers sold online are perishable and a flower's life span is dependent on variety, season, environment and care, resulting in varied life spans for different flowers. Care instructions are provided with all orders.
 
4. Events

4.1 Enquiries
Once we receive your online enquiry form, we will follow up with an email to organise a consultation where we can further discuss your floral requirements, colour themes and styles.
4.2 Quote Acceptance
A quote will be provided based after the initial consultation.
All quotes are valid for 30 business days commencing from the date on the original quote.
From the date you received the quote, your wedding/event date is available for booking. However, no booking is secured until a deposit has been paid. For this reason, we advise that you contact us as soon as possible to ensure that your desired date is available for booking. 
We accept no responsibility if your date becomes booked out despite having a valid quote. We do not hold bookings until the deposit has been paid. 
· 30-day quote commencing on the date provided in the quotation. 
· 25% non-refundable deposit required to confirm the booking, your booking isn’t secured until the deposit is paid.
· Remaining payment must be completed 10 days prior to the event. 
· Changes to orders may be subject to additional fees. 
· Payments are to be made by bank transfer. Please refer to your invoice for bank details.
4.3 Cancellation
Should you need to fully or partially cancel your order you need to notify us in writing as soon as possible.
· Cancellation after the booking has been confirmed, you will forfeit your deposit.
· Cancellation within 10 days prior to the wedding, no money paid will be refunded.
· We are happy to reduce/cancel items from your quote, however no reductions can be made 14 days prior to the event. After this period 50% will be charged on the reduced/cancelled items.
4.4 Changing the Event Date
Should you require to change the date of your event, you need to notify us in writing as soon as possible. We are happy to transfer your booking to another date, subject to availability. If the new date is not available, you will forfeit your deposit.
4.5 Hired Items
All hired items such as vases, table runners, stands, etc are the responsibility of the hirer from the point of delivery to the time the items are returned. A bond is required on top of the individual hired item cost and must be paid in full at the time of the full payment of your order is due.
The bond will be refunded once all the hired items have been returned in the same condition delivered by Caloonaa. Should any items be damaged, lost, it is the responsibility of the hirer and the cost will be deducted from the bond.
4.6 Duplication and Recreation
Originality is at the core of Caloonaa’s identity. Bringing your dream arrangements and installations to life is a unique process that is tailored by Caloonaa in order to produce a one-of-a-kind experience. Subsequently, it must be understood that Caloonaa will not recreate, duplicate or replicate work made by other florists and/or artists. 
4.7 Substitutions
Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability at the time of your event. Due to the nature of flowers, we work with your chosen colour, style and theme rather than a specific flower. If you require a specific flower, we will do our best to source it if the flower is in season. In the case that preferred flowers are not available, substitutes will need to be made. At this point, Caloonaa will work alongside you to produce a final product that reflects the style, colour and shape detailed in your quote and inspirations you’ve provided. 
4.8 Setup and Deliveries
All venue contact details and bump in times need to be confirmed 2 weeks prior to your event.
It is the responsibility of the client to seek permission for any hanging floral installations at any venue. Caloonaa cannot be held responsible due to lack of permission from the venue to do the installation.

5. Flower Preservation

A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. Once paid your 25% deposit is non-refundable.
Remaining 75% payment must be completed when flowers are received by us.
To ensure the optimal quality of the flowers, it is essential that your flowers are delivered to Caloonaa within 24-48 hours of your event.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the flowers are delivered to our studio in the best condition possible. You can deliver the flowers yourself, send them by post following our postal guide or arrange for pickup by Caloonaa when possible.
If your special occasion has already passed, and (i) you have dried your own flowers, Caloonaa can still preserve them for you, or (ii) if you no longer have your flowers, Caloonaa is able to recreate your arrangement by sourcing your flowers from local florists.
Please keep in mind these items are 100% handmade. We always strive to make each item as perfect as possible but due to the delicate nature of our medium it is important to understand there may be imperfections such as; but not limited to, air bubbles, transparency of petals, slight change of colour and texture, loose particles and a small transparent line or lines through the centre or sides of your keepsake from production. The preservation of your flowers involves many handmade processes and although every effort is made to make these perfect, imperfections can and do occur.
Any extra, remaining flowers that were not used in your order will be disposed of. We do not return any unused flowers.
We do not offer refunds on orders once the flowers are being casted in the moulds.

6. Privacy

All your personal details are to be treated as confidential information and will not be disclosed under any circumstance to other parties, without written authority to do so.

By proceeding with your quote, you are agreeing to our Terms and conditions as stated above.
